The Resurgens Spine Center in Fayetteville, GA provides comprehensive spine care for patients suffering from neck and back pain throughout Fayette County and the surrounding south Metro Atlanta area. The Spine Center is in Building 400, Suite B at 1336 Hwy 54 W, Fayetteville, GA 30214. Your appointment may be at either Building 400 or Building 500 depending on which physician you are seeing. Here is a quick guide to the Resurgens Fayetteville campus:

Coming from Fayetteville toward Peachtree City, we are the next immediate left after you pass the light with Piedmont Fayette Hospital on the right side. The intersection is Hwy 54 and Togwatee Village Parkway.

Please Note: For walk-in care, physicians will not treat minors who are 12 and under and physicians will not treat minors who present with rib or sternum pain.
