Dr. Jack Pines is really relatable, he listens to your concerns, makes you feel comfortable and more importantly provides a professional perspective and treatment plan with follow-up. I’ve been through the wringer with my Back problems and he gives me hope that I’m getting close to where I want to be - relief! I appreciate that he cares.

Dr. Pines is very knowledgeable, a great listener, caring and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with back pain.

The entire staff was outstanding, from the check-in process right up to seeing the doctor. Dr. Pine was very detailed in explaining the process of my back problems.

I’ve come here 3 times and every time I come I’m seen within 10 minutes or less of my appointed time. I’ve never been in an healthcare office with such minimal wait time. The staff is always very pleasant from the front desk to the doctors. My most recent visit I saw Dr.Pines. He’s super nice and listens to you and is eager to figure out a solution to help you. The parking lot is easily maneuverable and it is wheelchair accessible. Wait room is large so you don’t have to worry about people in your personal space lol. All in all very glad I found this place.

Doctor. J Pines is cautious and caring. Most doctors line you up like cattle and get you out. And he does not tell you what he's going to do, but sit with you and explain your options and go over it with you. So for me he is a five star plus a 💜
