Dr Kao is terrific. I’ve had 2 injections in my knee since February and barely felt a sting. She explained everything first. Also, I was seen on time for both appointments.

Dr. Kao's office and staff are second to none! Very helpful and friendly, attentive and willing to go the extra mile for you. He assistant Avery is phenomenal as well. They use their MyChart to communicate and stay in touch and to to date with you which is always helpful. she came highly recommended and now I see why, I live having them as part of my care team. This was my first visit and I am very pleased with my consultation.

When arrived - I had done all paperwork online I was expedited to a corridor that went to another check in. Immediately I was taken to a room, then x-rays, was only back in waiting room a few minutes when the doctor came in. She was very thorough about what's been happening with my right knee. She gave me a cortisone shot and as soon as the gel comes in I can schedule upcoming visits. Dr. Kao was very accommodating. I was very pleased.
