Dr. Greenfield explained everything to me about my condition and how he was going to fix it. I liked that he didn't just tell me what the problem is, he showed me my MRI so I can see what he was talking about. There was no long wait and the staff is very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Resurgens in Covington and Dr. Greenfield.

This was a great place the staff is friendly and very informative. Dr Greenfield took his time and treated me like a family friend versus another random patient.

This was my first time with Dr. Greenfield. He was very professional took his time with me to explain everything that was going on made me feel very comfortable because I was very nervous and afraid it was no pressure and I’m looking forward to my procedure.

Check in was easy using the provided tablet. The staff at the front desk for check in and check out were friendly, professional and efficient. The nurse/technician that walked me back to the exam room was friendly, professional and attentive when asking questions about what was ailing me. The X-ray technician was also friendly and showed concern when taking the X-rays. Dr Greenfield was friendly and professional. He was very thorough examining me, showing me my X-ray and explaining to me what was causing my problem and pain. My overall experience was excellent.
