Scheduling was very easy. Our appointment took less than an hour total including X-rays. Dr. Jonas was thorough with his visit and we left feeling that we had all of our questions answered.

I saw Dr. Jonas as a follow-up after an ER visit and he was very pleasant, helpful and thorough. I am glad I chose him and Resurgens for my injury.

Dr. Jones was extremely kind. He apologize for being a few minutes late. We went over my x-rays together. He showed me that I had no cartilage at the base of my thumb. This was the cause of my pain when I wanted to grasp something, especially heavy objects . He said that fusing that joint would make it pain-free, But, I would lose some range of motion for things like playing a piano. Fortunately, I don’t play the piano.

Dr. Jonas and his team were absolutely amazing! They got me scheduled immediately—not just the same day, but the same morning! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and efficient. Within minutes, I was taken to a room, quickly sent for X-rays, and shortly after, I was being examined by Dr. Jonas himself. Dr. Jonas was quick, thorough, and incredibly kind. He took the time to assess my situation and administered a cortisone shot with such a gentle touch that even with my low pain tolerance, it was minimal discomfort. He recommended a couple of physical therapy sessions, exercises to continue at home, and a follow-up in a month—confident that I’d feel better. He also prescribed an anti-inflammatory to help with my recovery. Later, I realized I had forgotten to ask about using hot or cold for pain relief. When I called the office, one of Dr. Jonas’s nurses got back to me within two hours with clear instructions. The level of care, efficiency, and compassion I received was truly top-notch. If I could give more than five stars, I would! Highly recommend Dr. Jonas and his incredible team!
