2021 Resurgens Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament
The annual Resurgens Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament was incredibly successful, thanks in large part to all of our employees and physicians who participated in the mobile auction. We raised over $200,000 for the foundation through sponsorship and the mobile auction.
Braves Day 2020!
Our employees supported the Braves' playoff run by wearing their favorite Braves gear. Go Braves!

Let's keep up the great work Resurgens Team!!It's so great to work for a company that truly cares for its employees. I have worked at Resurgens Orthopaedics for a short time and have really enjoyed growing with the company. Resurgens has a purpose and a mission that everyone understands. Even better, every employee can tell you the role he or she plays in achieving that purpose.
They help employees with their careers and understand that not all careers are built the same. They have strong training programs, reimburse tuition for education outside of work, have active, well-thought-out platforms for mentoring and they provide pathways for non-traditional career paths.
I'm thankful I can say that I really do enjoy going to work every day! I can't imagine working anywhere else. Resurgens has a great executive team, wonderful support staff, strong leaders and dedicated physicians, and with us all working together, you can see we really are a striving towards the same goal; a successful and thriving company, and happy fully satisfied patients!

2020 Resurgens Foundation Charitable Golf Tournament
The annual Resurgens Charitable Foundation Golf Tournament was incredibly successful, thanks in large part to all of our employees and physicians who participated in the mobile auction. We raised over $90,000 for the foundation through sponsorship and the mobile auction.
Since 2001, The Resurgens Charitable Foundation has raised funds to build specially designed "all abilities" playgrounds for children in the metropolitan Atlanta area. Our commitment is to build at least one new "all abilities" play facility annually. Our latest playground was built at Alpharetta Elementary which was officially opened on September 25th, 2020.

Love my job and career!
How many people can say they love their job and career? I am proud to be one of the many at Resurgens who can say that. I am fortunate enough to be an employee of Resurgens Orthopaedics for nearly 18 years. In 2001 I started as a medical assistant with Dr. John Know. Thank to a lot of hard work, dedication and support from Resurgens, I am able to say that I am a Site Manager in one of the largest Resurgens locations!

2019 Resurgens Charitable Golf Tournament
The Resurgens Charitable Foundation has made a significant difference in the lives of metro-Atlanta area children for over a decade. We continue to provide funding to projects throughout this region. However, the need for assistance and requests grow every year. The annual golf tournament is our primary fundraiser for the Foundation and the dollars raised fund our projects for the upcoming year.
Giving back
A big plus as to why I love working for Resurgens is because we donate to special needs. We show children and adults with special needs that even though they may need a little more attention than others they are just as special and recognized as any other person in this world. This shows you that Resurgens is a company that not only truly cares for their staff, but they care for those outside the work place.

Braves Day!
On October 4th, our employees supported the Braves in the playoffs by donating $1 to wear jeans with their favorite Braves gear. Donations were contributed to the Resurgens Charitable Foundation which helps build all-accessible playgrounds across Metro Atlanta. Go Braves!
Sawbones and Jawbones 2019
Our very own Resurgens' doc, Dr. Sami Khan, and other Atlanta area doctors and lawyers took it to the hoop against The Harlem Wizards benefiting Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse. The event was loads of fun for everyone while benefiting an amazing organization in which the Resurgens Charitable Foundation is proud to be the presenting sponsor.

Best thing I did in 2016!
"I've been working since I was 14 years old and I have never worked for a company that cares so much for their employees as well their families until now. I wake up each work day ready for work, ready to see my coworkers. I work around an amazing group of women and MDs. While training with Chris and Lindsey, and meeting my HR Team, I kept saying is this for real, is this a joke, are they really this nice and friendly? As it turns out it wasn't just them, it was everyone, and as I asked how long had some of them been with the company, I was amazed to hear 7 years, 10, years, and 15 years, my mouth dropped!! I said WOW!!!
My rehab team is amazing and I wouldn't change them for the world, and because of this I can proudly say that I don't look at Resurgens as just a job, I look at it as a huge family that I am now a part of, and as a family we laugh together, we cry together, we celebrate the great times the success, and advancements of one another. WE ARE A FAMILY LIKE A GIANT TREE BRANCHING OUT TOWARDS THE SKY!"

Resurgens Orthopaedics was named one of the Atlanta's "Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®" in 2018 by the National Association for Business Resources!
According to the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program, the competition recognizes companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices, as well as display an impressive level of commitment to their employees. Companies were evaluated on communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. Over a 1,200 employers were nominated with only 112 receiving this prestigious award! This is the second time Resurgens Orthopaedics has been recognized for this award.
Polar Plunge 2018
Resurgens Orthopaedics recently braved the Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Georgia. We were thrilled to be an "Arctic" sponsor of an event that raised over $140,000 and will help 1,627 Special Olympic athletes!

Jeans for a Cause Day
Today Resurgens Orthopaedics hosted "Jeans Day For A Cause Day," an opportunity to wear jeans to work in exchange for a donation to the Hurricane Harvey disaster relief fund. The practice as a whole raised $2,500! Because of the outpouring of support for the victims of Harvey practice wide, the Resurgens Charitable Foundation has agreed to match that amount to the dollar! That means a total of $5,000 will be donated to the victims of Harvey!

2017 Solar Eclipse
Resurgens employees were able to catch a glimpse of the first coast-to-close solar eclipse in nearly a century!
2017 Inflatable Fun Run!
Resurgens Orthopaedics was proud to sponsor AND participate in the Inflatable Fun Run in Duluth, Georgia! The event benefited Team Red, White and Blue, Hope For The Warriors, Wounded Warrior Project, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, The Night's Shield, and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital!

Resurgens Orthopaedics was named one of the nation's "Best and Brightest Companies to Work For®" in 2017 by the National Association for Business Resources!
According to the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® program, the competition recognizes companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices, as well as display an impressive level of commitment to their employees. Companies were evaluated on communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention. Over a 1,000 employers were nominated with 420 participating. This is the first time Resurgens Orthopaedics has been recognized for this award.
2017 Arthritis Walk
The Resurgens Team with 112 walkers raised over $12,860.44 with at this year's Arthritis Walk. Central Cruiser won the top Resurgens Team raising $4,760, but North Region's New Hips on the Block earned an Arthritis Foundation prize for raising over $3000. Tony Griggs was our top individual fundraiser for raising $3,283.
Boulder Dash 2017
Resurgens Orthopaedics was proud to sponsor the Boulder Dash 5k/10k! Proceeds from this year's race will benefit the Forsyth County Parks Foundation, Inc., a group of community members who work to support and improve Forsyth County's parks and recreation facilities and activities.

Benefiting the Side by Side Brain Injury Clubhouse
Our very own Dr. Khan, Dr. Fogle, Dr. Ansari, Dr. Bruggers, Dr. Kowalchuck and Dr. Bailey represented the Sawbones which lost a close contest 56-51 but the real winners were the patients of Side by Side!

Polar Plunge 2017
Resurgens Orthopaedics braved the Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics Georgia and more than 27,000 athletes across our state. We were thrilled to be a sponsor of an event that raised over $115,000!! This means 1,352 athletes will be able to participate in Special Olympics Georgia programs for free!
Resurgens 31st Anniversary Party
On Saturday, February, 4th, our physicians, staff, and guests gathered at the Biltmore Hotel to celebrate 31 Years of Resurgens Orthopaedics! Our anniversary party was filled with food, fun, dancing, and connecting with fellow Resurgens colleagues! Here's to many more years to come!

Resurgens Physicians and Staff got in the Falcons spirit all this week with special #RISEUP tailgate lunches ending the week with Resurgens Jean Day. Each employee donating $2 to the Resurgens Foundation was eligible to sport jeans to work today. In just one day, our employees raised over $500 to support our Foundation and its mission to promote active lifestyles for people of all ages and abilities.
